Directions
East Setauket Office:
From L.I. Expressway (495)
Get off at Exit 62.
Take Route 97 north (Nicolls
Road) and continue on it until you get to Route 347 (Nesconset
Highway.)
Turn right onto 347.
At the 3rd light
make a left onto Belle Mead Road. Continue on it for .3 miles.
Make a left into our parking lot just before the light at
Research Way.
We are located next to Evolve Fitness at 196
Belle Mead Road, Suites 2&3.
Heading West on Route 347 (Nesconset
Highway)
Travel west and pass Wireless Road.
Make the next right
turn onto Belle Mead Road and continue on it for .3 miles.
Make a left into our parking lot just before the light at
Research Way.
We are located next to Evolve Fitness at 196
Belle Mead Road, Suites 2&3.
Heading East on Route 347 (Nesconset
Highway)
Travel east of Route 97 (Nicholls Road) for 1.1 miles.
At
the 3rd light make a left onto Belle Mead Road and
continue on it for .3 miles.
Make a left into our parking
lot just before the light at Research Way.
We are located next to Evolve Fitness at 196 Belle Mead Road,

Smithtown Office:
From the L.I. Expressway (495)
Get off at Exit 56, heading north on Wheeler Road
(Route 111) and continue on it until you reach Main Street in
Smithtown.
Make a left (heading west) onto Main Street.
At the 2nd light make a right onto Landing Avenue.
Cross over the railroad tracks and make a left into the Gold’s
Gym parking lot.
We are located next to Gold’s Gym and our entrance is in the
rear of the building.
From Nesconset Highway (347)
Head north on Route 111.
Make a left
(heading west) onto Main Street.
At the 2nd
light, make a right onto Landing Avenue.
Cross over the
railroad tracks and make a left into the Gold’s Gym parking lot.
